Château Simone
Château Simone is the undisputed reference of the Palette appellation, a tiny 50-hectare AOC in Provence located in Meyreuil, just outside Aix-en-Provence. Owned by the Rougier family since 1830, this 23-hectare estate produces white, red and rosé wines of rare elegance, crafted from north-facing limestone terroirs and a mosaic of traditional grape varieties with Clairette as the cornerstone for whites. Renowned for their finesse, complexity and exceptional ageing potential, Simone's wines embody the most authentic expression of Provençal terroir, sustained by respectful viticulture and traditional methods unchanged for two centuries.
