Château Haut-Bailly 2021, Cru Classé de Graves, stands as one of the vintage's finest achievements in the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Blending 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, this grand red wine is the first vintage vinified in the estate's new contemporary winery inaugurated in 2021. Yields of 19 hectolitres per hectare, aged in 50% new French oak barrels: classic elegance and refined finesse define this wine.
