Domaine Hubert Lamy
Domaine Hubert Lamy, located in Saint-Aubin in the heart of Burgundy, extends over 18.5 hectares planted predominantly with Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%). Founded in 1973 by Hubert Lamy, the estate has been led since 1995 by his son Olivier, trained at Domaine Méo-Camuzet, who has elevated it to one of the most respected signatures of the Côte de Beaune. The wines, sourced from the appellations of Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, are distinguished by their crystalline purity, mineral tension and exceptional ageing potential. Olivier Lamy has pioneered an innovative ultra-high density planting approach and an ageing style in demi-muids with very little new oak, preserving the pure expression of each terroir.
