Domaine Morey-Coffinet, established in 1978 in Chassagne-Montrachet, unites the viticultural heritage of two prestigious Burgundy lineages: the Morey and Coffinet families. Across 8.5 hectares planted with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, Thibault Morey has led the estate since 2009, certified organic (2018) and biodynamic, producing a remarkable range of white and red wines from Bourgogne through to the grand cru Bâtard-Montrachet, with an exceptional collection of premiers crus from Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet.
