Domaine Dard et Ribo is a landmark reference in the northern Rhône Valley for natural wines. Established in Mercurol since 1984, René-Jean Dard and François Ribo cultivate 9 hectares across the appellations of Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, and Saint-Joseph, where they craft unextracted Syrah and whites from Roussanne and Marsanne, vinified without additives or added sulphur. L'avis de Vitis Epicuria

C'est un vin blanc gras, puissant et très aromatique qui s'impose sans difficulté face à un plat en sauce (une volaille par exemple). Ses notes anisées sonnent comme un appel aux herbes provençales. Le seul reproche qu'on pourrait éventuellement lui faire serait un léger manque de tension en finale, mais il n'est pas sur ce registre-là.
