Domaine Pascal Cotat La Grande Côte 2024 is a white Sancerre from a single-vineyard monopole of Sauvignon Blanc in Chavignol, Amigny commune. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in old demi-muids, this wine is distinguished by its traditional, non-interventionist approach and ageing potential of 15 to 20 years. An iconic figure of the appellation, Pascal Cotat crafts atypical, rich and concentrated wines from vines planted in the 1950s on clay-limestone soils.
