Domaine De Pieblanc

Founded in 2014 by Matthieu Ponson, Domaine de Piéblanc is established in Gigondas at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Spanning 44 hectares across Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise and Ventoux, the estate cultivates Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan under certified organic farming since 2020. The wines, vinified in an eco-friendly gravity-fed cellar inaugurated in 2022, express the freshness and finesse of altitude terroirs.

The Serre de Supion 2020 from Domaine de Piéblanc is a red Beaumes-de-Venise crafted from a parcel selection of Grenache (66%) and Syrah (34%), cultivated on terraced vineyards in the commune of Suzette. The estate's first vintage certified in organic farming, this wine expresses with precision the Triassic soils at altitude and the characteristic freshness of the domaine founded in 2014 by Matthieu Ponson.
