Domaine Goisot

Domaine Goisot, located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in the Yonne, is one of the essential references of northern Burgundy. Jean-Hugues and Guilhem Goisot craft, across 30 hectares farmed organically and biodynamically—Demeter certified since 2005—wines of remarkable purity and minerality from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir. The estate produces mainly Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre and Irancy that rival the most prestigious appellations of the region.

Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Gueules de Loup 2020 from Domaine Goisot is a white Burgundy from a tiny 1.2-hectare terroir, yielding barely 6,000 bottles per year. Vinified exclusively from Chardonnay and farmed under certified biodynamic viticulture, this single-vineyard wine expresses the purest character of Auxerrois Portlandian limestone. A white of stature where mineral tension takes centre stage with elegance.
