Château Moulin Pey-Labrie is a 7.63-hectare organic and biodynamic estate in Canon-Fronsac, Bordeaux, run by Bénédicte and Grégoire Hubau since 1988. The estate produces red wines predominantly from Merlot (95%) with a touch of Malbec, sourced from 65-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone slopes over Fronsac molasse. Pioneers of low-intervention viticulture in Bordeaux, the Hubaus craft characterful, age-worthy wines, certified organic by Ecocert since 2013.
