Domaine Agrapart

Champagne Agrapart, based in Avize since 1894, embodies the quintessence of the Côte des Blancs terroir. Pascal Agrapart and his son Ambroise craft exceptional Blanc de Blancs from 12 hectares of Chardonnay, including 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry). A grower-producer committed to organic principles, the estate vinifies each parcel separately and ages its wines in demi-muids, unfined and unfiltered. Its cuvées — Minéral, Avizoise, Vénus — express with crystalline purity the chalky minerality of Champagne. Awarded three stars in La Revue du Vin de France, Agrapart stands as a global reference.

Agrapart Brut Nature Grand Cru Experience 2014 is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Avize that represents the ultimate challenge of natural Champagne. From old Chardonnay vines in Les Robards and Les Bionnes parcels, this wine is crafted without any external additions — no yeast, sugar or sulphites during vinification — from a 2014 base wine with unfermented 2015 juice added for secondary fermentation, following the innovative process now known as the Agrapart Method.
