Domaine De Marcoux

Domaine de Marcoux is one of the leading estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, owned by the Armenier family whose roots in the village date back to the 14th century. A pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in the appellation from 1991 onwards and certified organic by Ecocert, the estate covers 28 hectares across Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac and Côtes-du-Rhône. Today run by Sophie Armenier and her son Vincent Estevenin, Marcoux crafts Grenache-based wines of rare purity and elegance, shaped by exceptional terroir and a respectful viticultural approach. The domaine's cuvées, notably the emblematic Vieilles Vignes, embody a style that is both powerful and refined, marked by mineral tension and remarkable ageing potential.
