The 2023 Chinon Blanc from Domaine Philippe Alliet is a dry white made from 100% Chenin Blanc in the Chinon appellation, in the Loire Valley, by an estate based in Cravant-les-Coteaux. This rare cuvée comes from a plot of less than one hectare and is made in a run of around 2,000 bottles. It combines a creamy texture, notes of apricot, quince and honey, and mineral freshness.
