The 2018 Cuvée du Cèdre from Laurent Ponsot is a blend of several parcels from the prestigious Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru in the Côte de Nuits. Crafted from Pinot Noir, this wine reflects the vision of an experienced vigneron who, after 36 years at the helm of the family Domaine Ponsot, founded his own house in 2017 to pursue his quest for precision and Burgundian authenticity.
