Domaine Tardieu Laurent

Maison Tardieu-Laurent is a leading négociant-éleveur based in Lourmarin, in the heart of the Rhône Valley. Founded in 1996 by Michel Tardieu in partnership with Dominique Laurent, the house is now run by the Tardieu family. Specialising in the rigorous selection of old-vine parcels and oak-barrel ageing, it produces exceptional wines across all Rhône appellations, from the Northern to the Southern Rhône, without owning a single hectare of vineyards.

The Côte-Rôtie Vieilles Vignes 2022 from Domaine Tardieu Laurent is a benchmark Côte-Rôtie, sourced exclusively from prestigious terroirs on the Côte Brune. Produced from Syrah grown on vines over 60 years old, this wine reflects the excellence of Michel Tardieu and his son Bastien's négociant work, selecting the finest parcels in the northernmost appellation of the Rhône Valley. The 2022 vintage, shaped by heat and drought, delivers a wine that is both generous and balanced, acclaimed by international critics.
