Domaine Ganevat

Domaine Ganevat, based in Rotalier in the Jura, represents the 14th generation of a family lineage dating back to 1650. Jean-François Ganevat, known as Fanfan, has been crafting since 1998 some forty single-parcel cuvées across 13 biodynamic hectares, using 25 grape varieties including Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau and Poulsard. Trained in Chassagne-Montrachet with Jean-Marc Morey, this perfectionist produces natural wines of remarkable purity and precision, regularly awarded 100/100 by the Wine Advocate.
