Domaine Jardins de Fleury is a young estate created in 2016 by Carole Kohler in Thouars, in the southern part of Anjou. Across three hectares cultivated biodynamically, Carole Kohler revives a vineyard renowned since the 15th century, which disappeared during the agricultural restructuring of 1962. The estate relies on the two great emblematic grape varieties of the Loire Valley — Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc — to produce natural wines of remarkable elegance, expressing an exceptional terroir at the convergence of the Armorican Massif and the Paris Basin.

The Domaine Jardins de Fleury Source 2021 is a natural white wine from the Val de Loire crafted by Carole Kohler in Thouars, southern Anjou. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown on Armorican schist soils under biodynamic viticulture, this wine expresses the rebirth of a historic terroir abandoned in 1962. Vinified and aged for 8 months in stoneware jars without added sulphites, it embodies the purity and finesse of a reviving vineyard.
