Located in Parnay at the heart of the Saumur-Champigny appellation, Château Yvonne has established itself as one of the leading estates in the Saumur region. Since 2007, Mathieu Vallée has been managing this 16-hectare estate, certified organic since 1997 and farmed biodynamically since 2012. The wines, crafted from Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc grown on clay-limestone tuffeau soils, combine purity, mineral tension, and ageing potential. The flagship cuvées Le Beaumeray and Le Gory embody the ambition to establish future premier crus in Saumur.

Château Yvonne Bay Rouge 2023 is a pure Pineau d'Aunis, a historic grape variety once known as Chenin Noir, crafted by Mathieu Vallée from the terroir of Parnay in the Loire Valley. Labelled IGP Val de Loire (as Pineau d'Aunis is permitted in Saumur-Champigny only in blends), this light, spicy red embodies the freshness and delicacy characteristic of the estate, farmed organically and biodynamically since 1997.
