Domaine d'Auvenay, established in Saint-Romain in Burgundy, represents the personal jewel of Lalou Bize-Leroy. Spanning just 3.87 hectares across sixteen appellations, including the grand crus Chevalier-Montrachet, Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet and Bonnes-Mares, the estate produces approximately 10,000 bottles per year, farmed biodynamically.
