Lucien Le Moine is an exceptional micro-négociant house founded in 1999 in Beaune, Burgundy, by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin. Exclusively producing Premier and Grand Crus from the Côte d'Or in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the house operates on a confidential scale limited to 100 barrels per year. Each cuvée, crafted one to three barrels at a time, embodies a radical philosophy: full élevage on lees, extended malolactic fermentations, minimal sulphur use, and bottling without racking or filtration.
