Domaine Clau de Nell covers 12 hectares in Ambillou-Château, in the Anjou region, between Angers and Saumur. Acquired in 2008 by Anne-Claude Leflaive and Christian Jacques, this century-old estate has been farmed under Demeter-certified biodynamic practices since 2000, cultivating Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Chenin Blanc. Sylvain Potin, estate manager and winemaker since 2009, crafts wines of precision and tension, faithful to Anne-Claude Leflaive's philosophy: placing nature at the heart of winegrowing.

Blanc de Noir 2023 from Domaine Clau de Nell is a distinctive white wine crafted from Cabernet Franc, grown on Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards in the Anjou region, in the village of Ambillou-Château. The result of several years of experimentation by winemaker Sylvain Potin, this cuvée vinified as a still white wine offers an original expression of the Loire's emblematic variety, balancing generous fruit, mineral tension and a saline finish.
