Champagne Leclerc Briant

Founded in 1872 in Cumières, Maison Leclerc Briant has established itself as one of the pioneers of biodynamics in Champagne. Based in Épernay since 1955, the house now cultivates 14 hectares of vines mainly classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru, certified organic and biodynamic Demeter. Under the leadership of Hervé Jestin, an oenologist specialising in biodynamics, and Frédéric Zeimett, general manager, Leclerc Briant crafts singular champagnes with minimal dosage and an innovative bioenergetic approach, making this house a benchmark for nature-conscious Champagne excellence.

Leclerc Briant Cuvée Divine Solera is a non-vintage Champagne made by the solera method: a base harvest is blended with reserve wines from several earlier years. The blend comprises Pinot Meunier (50%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Chardonnay (20%), from estate-grown fruit vinified in barrel. Very lightly dosed, this prestige cuvée is closer to a vinous blanc de noirs, conceived for the table.

On l'a dégusté
