Domaine Agrapart

Champagne Agrapart, based in Avize since 1894, embodies the quintessence of the Côte des Blancs terroir. Pascal Agrapart and his son Ambroise craft exceptional Blanc de Blancs from 12 hectares of Chardonnay, including 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry). A grower-producer committed to organic principles, the estate vinifies each parcel separately and ages its wines in demi-muids, unfined and unfiltered. Its cuvées — Minéral, Avizoise, Vénus — express with crystalline purity the chalky minerality of Champagne. Awarded three stars in La Revue du Vin de France, Agrapart stands as a global reference.

Agrapart Extra Brut Grand Cru Minéral 2017 is a vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the historic Domaine Agrapart, established in 1894 in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. This Grand Cru 100% Chardonnay originates from two old-vine parcels (Les Bionnes in Cramant and Champboutons in Avize), where thin soils rest directly on chalk bedrock. Vinified half in old barrels, half in tank, aged 5 years on lees and dosed at only 3 g/L, this Champagne embodies the mineral and saline dimension of the terroir.
