Located in Parnay at the heart of the Saumur-Champigny appellation, Château Yvonne has established itself as one of the leading estates in the Saumur region. Since 2007, Mathieu Vallée has been managing this 16-hectare estate, certified organic since 1997 and farmed biodynamically since 2012. The wines, crafted from Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc grown on clay-limestone tuffeau soils, combine purity, mineral tension, and ageing potential. The flagship cuvées Le Beaumeray and Le Gory embody the ambition to establish future premier crus in Saumur.
